WWE Superstar Seth Rollins said we are currently seeing the best of Edge in his latest run with the company ahead of their match at Summerslam.
The Rated-R Superstar returned to WWE in the 2020 Royal Rumble as a shock entrant after retiring a decade earlier.
He then won the 2021 Royal Rumble and competed in the main event of WrestleMania this year against Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan.
Now, he’ll face off Seth Rollins at SummerSlam, and his opponent said he’s giving it his all in this latest run.
“He’s someone who, since he’s come back from his neck surgery that he thought was career ending, is not taking anything for granted,” Rollins told The Inner Sanctum.

“He’s extra sharp, he wants to put in extra effort to do everything the best he possibly can.
“Because he’s on borrowed time and so he knows that.
“He’s also just a perfectionist and in a lot of ways, you guys have noticed as we’ve detailed on screen, our characters are very similar.
“But in real life, I find that we are also two similar types of personalities and sometimes that can work with you, sometimes it can work against you, in this situation if you have watched the last month of television, I feel like you would think that it works for us.
“It’s one of those situations where iron sharpens iron, I want to work with the best so I can be my best and I think it’s vice versa. I think he feels the same way.”
