Eddy is a product of the Victorian Netball Pathway having been a training partner with the Vixens in 2017 before playing for the New South Wales Swifts for the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
In 2020 Eddy made the choice to move back home to Melbourne and was a part of the club’s championship-winning side.
In 2021, Eddy cemented herself in the Vixens defence line holding down that wing defence position. Having 10 intercepts and 24 deflections this season.
She was rewarded for her performances over the last few seasons by being named in the Australian Diamonds Development Squad.

“I’m really excited to have signed on with the Vixens again and am grateful for the opportunity the club has given me over the last two years,” Eddy said.
“I’m very proud to be a part of this club, learning under Simone and playing alongside some of the best netballers in the world. We all want the best for each other and the team so looking ahead to 2022 is really exciting.
“This year has been pretty tough for us on and off the court, but as a group, we’re taking the experience and learnings into 2022, and I have no doubt you’ll see a really determined team with our eye on redeeming ourselves and aiming for the championship.”
Eddy is the eighth player to join the Vixens squad for 2022, joining Kiera Austin, Rahni Samason, Hannah Mundy, Kate Moloney, Liz Watson, Jo Weston and Emily Mannix all committing to the club over the last week.
