The Giants got their first win for 2021 against Collingwood at the MCG. Stand in Skipper Toby Greene stood up to get his side over the line.

After a horror start to the season the GWS Giants have slotted their first win of 2021 in Saturday night game against Collingwood.

The leaders of the club never gave up and really led from the front with former skipper Callan Ward finishing on 37 disposals.

But stand-in captain Toby Greene really stood up and rose to the occasion to help take these young Giants to their first win.

Greene ended the game with five goals and coach Leon Cameron was complimentary of the star forward.
