For the first time in 17 months, the loyal crowds of WWE will return to their seats to see their favourite stars do battle.

Finally, the crowds are coming back to a WWE arena.

Only once in 17 months has professional wrestling’s premier company featured crowds, that being restricted crowds at this year’s WrestleMania, WWE’s premier event.

Now, on Saturday morning, wrestling fans will be back in the arena to watch their favourite superstars do battle as Friday Night SmackDown! welcomes fans into the arena.

This year’s Men’s Royal Rumble winner, Edge, will team up with someone he won the WWE Tag Team Championship with back in 2002 in Rey Mysterio, and his son Dominik to face Roman Reigns and The Usos.

Women’s Royal Rumble Winner Bianca Belair will defend the SmackDown Women’s Title

Edge teams up with Rey and Dominik Mysterio to face Roman Reigns and The Usos while Bianca Belair defends the SmackDown Women’s Title against Carmella on the show.

Fans will be in full force for Monday’s PPV event, Money in the Bank, which is one of WWE’s most popular event due to the main event, a stacked ladder match.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon tweeted a video celebrating the return of the fans and highlighting the moments where they’ve made the show even bigger, including the late Eddie Guerrero’s 2004 WWE Championship win.
